The Down's Friendship & Creativity Group was established in October 2013, with its first official members meeting held in March 2014. Created by families of children with Down syndrome, for families of children with Down syndrome, the group was founded to provide opportunities that were often missing within the community.

Our aim is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where children and young people with Down syndrome can build friendships, develop confidence, discover their talents, and take part in meaningful activities that celebrate their abilities.
